West Oahu Weekly Wrap Up - Waikele, Ewa Beach & Kapolei Real Estate Activities the Week of Nov. 13
Waikele, Ewa Beach, Kapolei Single Family Homes
This week’s activity in the Waikele, Ewa Beach, Kapolei areas were a bit slower than last week in terms of closed sales. A total of 10 SFH sold this week, compared to 14 SFH that sold last week. They ranged in price from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Keonekapu Street that sold $1,500 above asking price (sold for $395,000) to a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in Westloch Fairways at Apuu Place that sold for $590,000.
A total of 9 SFH hit the market this week, with the exception of Waikele, which did not have any new listings this week. If you are looking for a larger home that is reasonably priced, be sure to check out the new 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Ocean Pointe that was listed this week. It is priced at $425,000. Another newly listed property worth checking out is the 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in Kapolei Knolls on Wahane Street. At $575,000 it is significantly less than the assessed value and situated on a larger lot of 6,269 sf. It is a bank-owned home and not a short sale. Waikele, Ewa Beach, Kapolei Condos/Townhomes
On the condo/townhomes scene for Waikele , Ewa Beach, and Kapolei sales were up from last week. A total of 10 units sold this week compared to only 6 last week. On the other hand, new listings this week were less than last week. If you are in the market for a condo or townhome in the Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Waikele area, there are now less properties to choose from.
