Waikele, Ewa Beach and Kapolei Single Family Homes
This week’s real estate activities in Waikele, Ewa Beach and Kapolei has increased over last week.
A total of 13 single family homes sold in these three communities ranging from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Las Brisas that sold for $299,000 (it was a short sale), to a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Woodbridge that sold for $685,000. Of the 13 homes sold this week, 2 were short sales and on average these properties sold for 99% of list price.
Of the 13 new single family homes that have hit the market this week, there are a handful of beauties that are well-priced. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,000+ sf home on Kamaehu Street in Ewa Gentry Sonoma is a great deal priced at $515,000. It features a covered lanai that is perfect for enjoying the evening entertaining friends. Another beauty that is well-priced and new on the market this week is the 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on Paaoloulu Way in Kapolei Knolls. It is priced at $650,000 and sits upon a 7,000 sq. ft. lot. The Kapolei Knolls neighborhood is desirable due to its location right off the freeway, offers privacy with only one way in and out of the neighborhood, and is complete with its own neighborhood park. Waikele, Ewa Beach and Kapolei Condos and Townhomes
The condo/townhome scene for these 3 communities is quite similar to last week.
Of the 10 properties that sold in these 3 communities, 3 of them were located in the Ko’Olina community of Kapolei. These 3 properties ranged from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sold for $400,000 to a Coconut Plantation unit that featured 3 bedrooms with over 2000 sf that sold for $700,000.
Of the 5 new properties that hit the market this week, 1 has already gone into escrow! That’s right, the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit in Ewa Gentry Cortebella well-priced at $329,000 is already under contract. The one bedroom unit in Aeloa Terrace in Kapolei includes 534 sf of interior living and comes with 2 parking stalls! It is priced at $225,000. Another new listing worth checking out is the 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Ko’Olina Kai Golf Estates that is priced at $410,000.
